Mustard Seed Learning was planted when the motherhood journey of Dr. Leanne Jaye began. It transformed her passion for improving the development and health of young children in their early years and her faith; giving Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it..." a whole new meaning. Having a PhD in childhood development as well as experience including teaching, assessment development and policy, she has been dedicated to developing her understanding and making an impact for over a decade.

As a mother, Dr. Leanne Jaye understands first-hand that children are learning consistently and knows the importance of incorporating learning materials and experiences into everyday environments and play. As an advocate for education, she is invested in bringing together academic and biblical foundations for excellent holistic life-long development.
